  7. A completed Learning Agreement will be approved and signed by both my home school exchange coordinator and exchange school coordinator prior to the end of a final add/drop period at my specific exchange school.
Exchange School Choices

Please list up to 5 exchange school choices. As part of your application, you are also required to upload a copy of your resume (PDF only). Please be sure to name your file as follows: FirstNameLastName_Resume.pdf
Accommodation or Accessibility Services

If you require accommodations or accessibility services while abroad, we invite you to investigate and plan for any potential needs in preparation for a successful international learning experience.

Students with disabilities who are seeking academic accommodation have the responsibility to promptly notify academic staff and Student Accessibility Services if they need accommodation for any international learning opportunity during the school year according to the Western University Policy on Academic Accommodation for Students with Disabilities.

Students with disabilities may also have other accessibility needs and require services to support them with those needs while abroad. It is important to note that the availability of services abroad vary quite broadly between partner institutions/organizations, geographical locations, etc. As such, Ivey and Western International is committed to serve as a resource for students with accommodation and/or accessibility requirements who are researching options for international learning experiences.

The International Experiences Considerations Checklist is a resource to help identify some issues that may need further investigating and planning. The considerations listed are not all encompassing; additional considerations may emerge.

If you wish to discuss any accommodation and/or accessibility needs for your international learning experience, please Contact Ivey International to schedule a meeting with our Exchange Coordinator.
