Are you interested in giving back to the Salesforce community and aiding in our mission to empower mums into the Salesforce eco-system? Get involved as a Supermum volunteer! We have two volunteer opportunities available.

Both the mentor and trainer opportunities are available for our Administrator and Marketing Cloud courses.

Mentor -
Our mentors have a one-on-one relationship with a Supermum trainee during the entirety of the programme. Our mentors should have at least 2 years of technical experience in the Salesforce eco-system and approximately availability for approximately 1-2 hours per week throughout the 20 weeks of the Admin Course or 7 weeks for the Marketing Cloud Course. The mentor role is about sharing your knowledge, providing encouragement & accountability and approving homework activities. We provide you with a Mentoring Toolkit and access to our support community. Our mentors are invaluable to our trainees' success!

Trainer - Our trainers use our existing content to share their knowledge around a topic that they are passionate about during a 2.5 hour live webinar. Trainers should have previous training experience (end user & internal training is applicable).
