Discussion Group for API Parents, Relatives, and Caregivers Raising Gender Diverse Children and Teens

Group Description
Fill out this brief intake form to join our online discussion group specifically for Asian and Pacific Islander parents raising gender diverse kids. This will be a space for API parents, other close relatives, and caregivers; if you are a White parent raising an API child, there will be a different discussion group for you in the near future. This online discussion group is a safe space to discuss your feelings and experiences related to issues of raising a child who is exploring their gender in an API family/community. This group is co-sponsored by Gender Spectrum and API Rainbow Parents of PFLAG NYC. The group will be facilitated by LoAn Nguyen of PFLAG NYC.

Once you submit this form, we will send you an email with instructions on how to join the online meetings. You can participate in any way most comfortable for you: by video, by audio, by phone, or by chat box. This is a four-week discussion group. While we encourage participation in all four sessions, you may sign up even if you cannot attend all four sessions.

This group will meet four Wednesdays at 9:00am to 10:00am PT/12:00pm to 1:00pm ET: March 11th, March 18th, March 25th, and April 1st.
