The booklet "Established by the Word" will download as a Word document. You may open it and fill it in rather than do it in the online form. IMPORTANT, then email to chris@tmcimissions.org so it will be in your records as completed.

You will have an opportunity to PRINT OUT each step of the process you are submitting before clicking the final SUBMIT button. We encourage you to keep a reference copy of all your paperwork.
Because it is so important to have all the "T's" crossed and "I's" dotted, we have automated the process, step after step, so that ALL parts are on file as required, both by us and the IRS, to validate your status as legal and current.
PLEASE NOTE: Your status is not finalized until all paperwork (including the book study) is completed.
