Hershel "Woody" Williams Veteran of Honor Nomination  

Boot Campaign
Each year, one recipient is awarded the Hershel “Woody” Williams Veteran of Honor Award — given to one veteran in honor of his or her service to their country and fellow veterans.

In partnership with Boot Campaign, the Zimmerer Kubota PBR Challenge committee is searching to recognize a veteran making a positive impact in the military and veteran community during this year’s event in Lewisville, Texas — September 17 & 18, 2021.
TO QUALIFY, CANDIDATES MUST:
  • Be active duty, retired military member, or veteran
  • Have served Honorably 
  • Resident of Texas
  • If selected, the nominee will be required to attend the ceremony in Lewisville, Texas.
DETAILS
  • Applications will be accepted through August 20 with the following digital application.
  • This application can be completed as a self nomination, or as a nomination for someone else.
  • Nominees must be aware that the award ceremony will be documented - to include print interviews, video, pictures, etc. and be willing to agree to media coverage and publication of the award.
  • Hotel accommodations, dinner tickets and event tickets for the honoree and their immediate family will be provided for September 17 & 18, 2021.
