53rd Annual Conference | Community Auction Donation Form

COMMUNITY AUCTION DONATION FORM

Donate an auction item that represents your community and/or local businesses for the Keep Texas Beautiful auction to be held during our Annual Conference. Items will be auctioned off at Governor's Community Achievement Awards (GCAA) Reception and Dinner Tuesday June 16. All donations should include all materials necessary to redeem the prize as well as all information needed to promote it for the auction. Whether you plan to bring your donation to the conference, or ship it to KTB, please complete and return this form by Friday, September 18, 2020.

CONFERENCE GOALS
Our goals for the conference are simple, but bold: To raise awareness in our focus areas of litter prevention, beautification and waste reduction; to promote greater participation in community improvement and environmentally responsible behavior; and to recognize and honor more than 500 grassroots volunteers, community leaders, and businesses who work hard to keep Texas beautiful.

CONFERENCE LOGISTICS
Our 2020 conference will take place September 28-30 in Houston at the Westin Galleria.

I will ship my item to arrive at the KTB office by Friday, September 18. I will deliver my item to the conference no later than NOON on Monday, September 28.
