SARA calls for paper/presentation proposals for the 2020 Virtual Annual SARA Conference.

The proposal should benefit fellow members, SARA’s wider stakeholder groups and the industry as a whole.  We have a challenging and thought-provoking future ahead of us, and we hope to give our conference delegates inspiring content that will stimulate, encourage and equip them to spark their own creative solutions in their organisations and beyond.

Your proposal may include (but is not limited to):

• Case studies;

• Lessons learnt;

• Specialised knowledge on a key area of reward;

• Total reward innovation; and/or

• Broader reward-related strategic debates, as examples.
