Orcas Rent or Mortgage  Assistance Application

In response to the COVID-19 closures, OICF has created an emergency fund to help people while they are out of work. OPAL is partnering with OICF and San Juan County to distribute emergency housing assistance to help people cover their rent or mortgage during the shutdown. To apply for housing assistance, please complete the application below. 


Please include the name of your employer prior to the closures , or the type of business you operated if you are self employed.

If you have more than one mortgage, list both here along with the amount of your 2nd mortgage and the associated account number.


If your rent/mortgage is $700 a month, put 700 without the $ sign. Do not add text embellishments e.g 700 per month to my bank. If you have more than one mortgage, you can add a second lender and associated monthly payment to the lender mailing address field above. 

Please enter the date your next payment is DUE. This may be a past due date, or if you are current it will be a future date. 
















For example, enter your gross monthly household income for February. Enter a number without the $ sign, e.g. 2000. Do not put a range e.g 1000-2000. You can add more info in the Notes section at the top of the form.
