Holiday Date Change/Cancel Request Form

We are currently experiencing an unusually high volume of requests  as a result of the outbreak of Coronavirus. Whilst we would love to speak to every one of our customers, due to the current influx of enquiries we kindly ask that you fill out the form below. 


We will aim to get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that reservations that were due to travel within the next 14 days will be prioritised


If your holiday is more than 6 weeks away please do not contact us for the time being as we are unlikely to be able to handle your request and the situation is evolving from one day to the next so it is too early to tell how your holiday may or may not be affected.

Would you rather defer your booking? 
Are you sure you want to cancel your booking rather than simply deferring to later this year or 2021? We are now offering additional flexibility with deferred bookings and allowing balances to be paid 12 weeks before your new booking dates (subject to potential 2021 price increases). If you’d like to take advantage of this offer please simply select ‘Change my dates’ above and input your preferred dates. 
N.B. You will need to state your request to pay your balance 12 weeks before your new holiday in the ‘further comments’ field at the bottom of the form.

Still wish to cancel? In line with our terms of business, unfortunately the owners are not able to offer refunds. If you wish to proceed with a cancellation, tick this box and a member of the team will be in touch with the relevant paperwork for you to send to your travel insurance provider.

N.B. We are very happy to liaise with the property owner/manager on your behalf to discuss amending your booking to a later date, either this year or into 2021. Please note all amendments will be approved at the discretion of the owner/manager - we are pleased to advise that most are being very flexible and generous in this regard. We will do our best to confirm your first choice, but please ensure you provide us with three possible date selections (below) so that we have the best chance of proceeding with the amendment.
