On Saturday & Sunday, July 25 and 26, 2020, WheatonArts will host an Antique & Summer Market. 

This indoor/outdoor event at WheatonArts features 50+ Antique Dealers from the Mid-Atlantic area showcasing a wide selection of ceramics, furniture, glass, jewelry, memorabilia, toys, vintage accessories, and more. Enjoy a variety of local artists, traditional craftspeople, live music and performances, food vendors, and farm market proprietors.

Throughout the campus and inside the Event Center, get lost in time as you explore a wide selection of antique furniture, books, ceramics, glass, jewelry, linens, memorabilia, paper, toys, pottery, primitives, vintage accessories, and more!

Got those summer munchies? Take your pick from a variety of local food trucks, vendors, fresh farm produce, as well as lunch specialties from our GateHouse Cafe! Picnic tables are located throughout the campus.

Application and Payment Deadline: July 1, 2020


Show Hours: Open to the public Saturday & Sunday, July 25 & 26, 2020, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. RAIN or SHINE

Set-up: Friday, July 24, 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. & Saturday, July 25 from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Please proceed to the Main Gate for check-in (GPS: 1000 Village Dr., Millville NJ 08332). 

  • Indoor Booths - Set up Friday is encouraged. 

  • Outdoor Booths - Tents and tables may sit overnight. WheatonArts is not responsible for unattended merchandise. 

  • ALL EXHIBITORS MUST LEAVE THE GROUNDS ON FRIDAY AT 6 P.M. ALL BOOTHS MUST BE SET UP COMPLETELY AND CARS OFF THE GROUNDS BY 9:30 A.M. ON SATURDAY.

  • Please make arrangements for set up and breakdown, as we do not have staff onsite to assist you. 

  • On Friday, you may park behind the Event Center to unload (Indoor booths only) or in front of your space (Outdoor booths only). Please remove your vehicle to the public parking areas immediately after unloading, in order to allow others access.

Booths Information

Booth areas will be pre-assigned.  Location requests will be honored to the best of our ability on a first-come, first-serve basis.  

The show is held rain or shine. Please bring a canopy or tent for your outdoor booth if possible. Most exhibit areas are located on wooded grounds. You should be prepared to adjust to any uneven surfaces. All canopies must be properly staked and weighted.

All booths must be self-contained and set up within the space allotted. Please be prepared to provide and set up your own equipment. WheatonArts does not provide chairs or tables for your booth. If you need tables, you may rent them from WheatonArts for $12.00 each. Tables will not be available unless you have ordered them on this application. You are responsible for all exhibit materials and supplies. All unsightly packaging and storage should be hidden out of sight. 

Booth breakdown: No breakdown may begin before 5 p.m. on Sunday. No vehicles will be permitted to return to the grounds between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. or until visitors have exited. All dealers/ vendors must be off the grounds by 7 p.m.

Collaboration: Up to two exhibitors may share one outdoor space at outdoor events except for the Festival of Fine Craft. Shared space is not encouraged, as the applying exhibitor is responsible for all payment and communication. Exhibitors wishing to share a booth but be listed as separate organizations must notify the show coordinator upon applying.

Show Parking: On Saturday and Sunday, please park your vehicle in the designated lot (across from the Administration parking lot) on Glasstown Road. Vehicles are NOT PERMITTED on the grounds during the show. DO NOT PARK in the visitor lot.


Taxes: It is recommended that you have your New Jersey sales tax certificate with you. Sales tax in New Jersey is 6.625%. For more information or to obtain a NJ sales tax number, contact the tax office at (609) 645-6673.


Note: NO PETS. No pet animals are permitted on grounds or in exhibitor booths. Assistance dogs are welcome. NO SMOKING is permitted in any building.
