I understand that it is my responsibility to equip my child with a laptop, computer, or tablet to participate in the course. The Featherstone Foundation is not responsible for providing in-home tech equipment or Internet access.

I understand that Zoom is a public, digital platform, that the Featherstone Foundation is using to provide a service. The Foundation is not responsible or liable for the actions of third parties or participants. We are not liable for participants (or other students enrolled in the course) who may capture and/or share screenshots of other students, their images or likeness. Furthermore, the Foundation is not liable for any unforeseen issues related to our vendor, Zoom.

The Featherstone Foundation regularly promotes our work. I authorize my child's photo, image or likeness to be used by the Featherstone Foundation for the sole purpose of marketing and promotion. If so, images would appear on in our digital communication such as website, social media, and printed materials.

I understand that once I have completed the registration form, the Featherstone Foundation will follow-up via email to send the payment information link - and the link to the online course. I understand that the $20 payment is non-refundable and the fee is per household.
