LEDA is looking to recruit approximately 15 - 20 LEDA Scholars and Career
Fellows to join the 2020-2021 LEDA Policy Corps. The term for the 2020-2021 Policy Corps will run from August 1, 2020 through May 31, 2021.

Eligibility:
  • Must be a LEDA Scholar or Career Fellow, who is enrolled and in good standing at an undergraduate or graduate program during the 2020-2021 school year.
  • Must have completed one year of college.
  • Interest in education policy and exploring policy careers.
  • Ability to analyze policy related issues from a nonpartisan perspective.
Application Components:
  • General info (Name, Email, etc.)
  • You will be asked to answer the following prompts:
    • Explain your interest in becoming a member of the LEDA Policy Corps. (150 - 300 words) 
    • What higher education policy issue are you most interested in and why (e.g. pell grant purchasing power, student loan policy, accreditation, etc.)? (100-200 words)
    • Please share your long term career goals (50-100 words)
  • You will also be asked to upload:
    • A brief bio (250 words) that will be shared with external partners if you are selected
    • A current resume
    • An up-to-date unofficial transcript
