The NFA is seeking sponsors for our nightly social activity held at the host hotel following the product demos. If you'd like to be an advertised sponsor for both the spring and fall 2020 Expos, please check the appropriate amount.
All sponsorship fees must be paid upon registration submission. No sponsorship will be reserved until full payment of booth fees has cleared. We suggest using a credit card at time of registration. Mailed checks will not be considered "paid" until the check has cleared after being deposited.
Tom Dunaway’s Train the Trainer Class ($150)
Complete training from a fireworks focus on the what it takes to meet, maintain and fully comply with all DOT requirements for your business.  A very popular course offered at each NFA Expo for our membership and led by Tom Dunaway.  This course is offered on a pre-registration basis so course materials can be purchased and prepared in advance.
PGI Shooter Certification Course ($75)
Complete your PGI Shooter Certification course here.  Conducted by the PGI and led by a PGI Certified instructor, this course is essential training for anyone in the business of conducting fireworks shows where the public is involved.  This course is offered on a pre-registration basis so course materials can be purchased and prepared in advance.

NFA Policies

Badges: Pick up your badges on-site.  They will be available at registration. Any lost or misplaced badges may be replaced for a $5 processing fee. Registrants may be required to provide a picture ID or business card to collect badges.
Cancellation Policy: Only written requests for refunds received by the NFA on or before July 20, 2020 will receive a refund less a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be given for the failure of the exhibiting member to provide a valid certificate of insurance for a product demonstration. All refunds will be processed after the event. If, due to the COVID-19 Disaster, the NFA has to cancel the Expo then all registration fees collected prior to the cancellation being announced can be refunded to the person/company that paid them, or they can serve as the complete registration for the following year.  This additional cancellation policy clause has no expiration date.
Identification: All registrants may be required to provide a picture ID or business card to collect badges, or to gain admission to the demonstrations, seminars or trade show.
Participation: The NFA Expo is only open to NFA members and industry professionals. It is not open to the general public. Only registrants wearing an Expo badge will be allowed to attend the demonstrations, seminars and trade show. Supervised children 15 years old or younger may attend the event with a registrant.
Registration Names: If at the time of registration, the exact attendee names are not known, Attendee may identify registrant(s) as Employee Number 1, etc. until August 15th.  After August 15th, a $5 fee will be charged for any name changes required and any additional attendee registrations must be done on-site.
Additional Attendees: Any additional attendees added after the June 1st and August 25th deadlines will be charged the applicable increased rate fees.
