Payment & Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation requests received 4 to 10 business days prior to the course date can be credited towards attendance at a future VTS training taking place within 12 months of the original training.
Cancellations made 3 or less business days prior to the training will result in loss of your full training fee.
Please bear in mind that VTS occasionally must cancel a workshop due to low enrollment. We therefore recommend that you check with the workshop coordinator regarding the status of your workshop prior to making any non-refundable travel arrangements. All cancellations due to low enrollment will be determined no later than 2 weeks prior to the scheduled start of the workshop.
Substitutions of attendee may be made at any time.
If VTS cancels or reschedules trainings due to weather, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of VTS, you are entitled to a full refund, but VTS is not responsible for travel arrangements, travel fees, or any expenses incurred by you as a result of such cancellation. If VTS cancels a training in which you are enrolled, you will be contacted at the email address you provided when registering.
