Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • Program Fee must be paid in full at least 10 business days prior to the start date of the event in order to secure your spot in the event.


  • Cancellations must be submitted to Em Miller at emiller@vtshomeorg more than 10 business days prior to the start date of the course to receive a full refund less any processing services fees.


  • Any cancellation requests received 4 to 10 business days prior to the course date are not eligible for refund, but can be transferred to a future VTS training taking place within 12 months of the original training date. Registration may be transferred one time within 12 month of the start date of the original course.


  • Cancellations made 3 or less business days prior to the training will result in loss of your full training fee.


  • Substitutions of attendee may be made at any time prior to workshop start date.


  • Please bear in mind that VTS occasionally must cancel a workshop due to low enrollment. We therefore recommend that you check with the workshop coordinator regarding the status of your workshop prior to making any non-refundable travel arrangements. All cancellations due to low enrollment will be determined no later than 2 weeks prior to the scheduled start of the workshop.

  • If VTS cancels or reschedules trainings due to weather, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of VTS, you are entitled to a full refund, but VTS is not responsible for travel arrangements, travel fees, or any expenses incurred by you as a result of such cancellation. If VTS cancels a training in which you are enrolled, you will be contacted at the email address you provided when registering.
