Mentoring Scheme Privacy Notice

The personal data you provide to Cara will be held securely and treated as confidential.

It will be made available to Cara staff and Council members only to facilitate and develop the Mentoring Scheme. It will not be shared with any third parties without your explicit consent.


Cara will use the personal data you provide for the following purposes:


  •      To process and implement the Scheme which may involve transfers of data to EEA and non-EEA countries

  •      To provide individual support and guidance when requested or required

  •      To monitor and evaluate the Scheme

  •      To enable funds to be raised to develop the quality and breadth of the Scheme

  •      To manage your data through third party electronic data management platforms

Cara will retain your information to archive it for historical research purposes.
