It is your opportunity to give us high-level information about your proposed event / project concept. If you are approved for one festival event, you will not have to resubmit for any subsequent events.
Make sure to create a copy of the content you add to the form as you will not receive a copy of what you submitted. Concept proposals are being accepted on a rolling basis through the end of June but please make sure to submit your event at minimum two weeks before your event.

About Your Event
Which Reimagine theme(s) will your event explore?
WONDER: consider the big questions about life and death, illness and loss, love and connection, through spirituality, science, and the arts
PREPARE: plan for and manage serious illness, dying, and death, for ourselves and the people we care about
REMEMBER: process who and what is no longer here, through honor, memories, and actions
LIVE FULLY: in the face of our impermanence, embrace life, our families, our communities, and our planet, through well-being, purpose, and positive impact
Please provide a working title for your event / project (if you have one), and description (250 words). How does your event align with Reimagine's mission and integrate at least one of the themes mentioned above? Tell us about your vision for the event including the format (e.g., performance, workshop, art exhibit, panel discussion, etc.) and who your intended audience is.
My virtual event / project would be:
Totally self-contained (i.e., I will develop all the content and be responsible for producing the entire event)
Dependent on finding other partners / collaborators (i.e., I can develop the content and help produce the event, but not on my own)
An independent contribution to someone else’s event (i.e., I am an artist, speaker, performer, etc. with content, but don’t want to be responsible for producing the event)
If Other, please give details
To make our festival more inclusive, we often collaborate with leaders of community-based organizations and help match them with program partners whose offerings would resonate with their communities. Are you interested in offering and potentially adapting your virtual event for people who are isolated and hard to reach via these community-based organizations?
