This course focuses on William Bridges' work on how leaders can support their teams while implementing change. Participants will learn the difference between change and transition, the various stages of the transition process, and the emotions people may feel at each stage. Additionally, managers will learn strategies to support themselves and their team members at every stage of the transition process. Attendees will be able to - Explain the difference between change and transition as per William Bridges - Identify the various stages of the transition process - Identify support strategies that can be utilized during each stage of the transition process
