Queensland Regional Art Awards 2024 Entry Form

Please read the full Conditions of Entry, Eligibility and Entry Requirements before proceeding with your submission to ensure eligibility, especially in relation to the size of artwork for submission.

Please Note: The Queensland Regional Art Awards is open to all Queensland artists living outside of the Brisbane City Council area. Eg, artists in neighbouring city council areas such as Logan, Ipswich, Somerset, Moreton Bay and Redland City are all eligible to enter.

Competition entries must address the theme, 'Resolution' in the accompanying artist statement.

Entry costs are as follows:
￭ $25* per entry for young artists aged 15 - 25
￭ $40* ($35* for members) Final Entries (Monday 7 October)
* This fee includes GST.

Final Entries Close 5pm Monday 7 October 2024

Please put in your artist statement as it relates to the work created for the award and how it addresses this years theme - Theme

Date must be from 1 Jan 2024




Maximum Allowable Dimensions:

2D works (including frame):
Height: 120cm, Width: 120cm, Weight: <10kg

Wall-hanging 3D works:
Height: 120cm, Width: 120cm, Depth: 25cm, Weight: <10kg

Free-standing 3D works:
Height: 50cm, Width: 50cm, Depth: 50cm, Weight: <25kg







Please make sure your documents adhere to the below restrictions:
  • Please submit an image of no smaller than 1748 x 2480 pixels (approximately A4 size at 300dpi), around 1MB in size
NOTE: The image file/s must be named using your name and the artwork title as listed in the entry form. eg: Pablo Picasso_Guernica.jpg

  • 2D works: artists may submit one image of their artwork
  • 3D works: artists may submit up to two images of the artwork.
