Applicant must provide a DD 214 Form Certificate of Release Discharge from Active Duty if applying as a Separated or Retired Green Beret. If currently on active duty, an Enlisted Record Brief (ERB), Officer Record Brief, (ORB), or Soldier Talent Profile (STP) must be provided.

Please submit a copy of your college acceptance letter if this is your first semester, or most recent college transcripts.

Please submit a personal statement (500 – 1000 words) explaining need, use of scholarship, and transition plan. Tell us about yourself and your Special Forces service.
