Dear Monterey County Employer,

Your company is key to building and supporting the local employee pipeline, and in developing a highly skilled workforce. More than ever, we need a local program preparing workplace ready students to become 21st century employees.

The Monterey County Work-based Learning and Guided Pathways Project includes seven school districts, which are providing rigorous, high skill, high employability pathways of study for high school students. An integral component of these Career Technical Education programs is work-based learning, or strategic career development opportunities through a continuum of Learning in the Real-World.
