In order to receive a virtual visitation, you must download or access the Zoom application or website at Zoom.com. This is a free service.
I understand that I am required to have internet access and a device with a working camera and microphone. This can be a laptop, desktop, tablet, or smartphone. We do not offer technical support, so please ensure your device, camera, and microphone is operational before setting up a visit. (tip: lighting is important; please set up your device so you have good lighting on you and back lights should be avoided for a better quality experience.
I understand that virtual visitations with children require a legal guardian or parent to be present during the visitation.
I Understand that the visitations are offered by our volunteer Pet VIP therapy teams. We depend on their availability and we cannot guarantee any given visitation, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
I understand the Pet VIP teams are not Psychiatrists or Psychologists and they do not provide Psychiatric services.
I understand that disrespectful, inappropriate, rude, or lewd behavior will not be tolerated.
Please provide us at least one week to recruit a team to offer the virtual visitation. We will contact you to confirm your appointment.
