The order has been scheduled for delivery in the above-mentioned week and the order has been confirmed.
As we only manufacture upon receipt of order, we need a binding production clearance within a week from the date of sending the email.

In case you cannot pick-up the goods in the confirmed week of pick-up, a delay of pick-up by more than ten days is subject to default cost given logistic handling cost as well as blocking capacities in production.
The exact amount of default cost can only be confirmed after confirmation of the new week of pick-up.

Kindly note that with receipt of order confirmation, you have five working days for changes and passed the five working days we consider the order confirmation as accepted.
We are aware that postponing an order incurs default cost.
Should an additional delay of order be necessary, Brunner needs to be informed latest four weeks prior of original delivery/pick-up week and may imply additional cost again.

Kindly note that a delay of your order does not influence the invoicing or cash discount period. The cash discount period is valid as of the day when the first clearance has been confirmed as it is binding for our procurement department.
The above-mentioned order has been scheduled as a fixed date in the mentioned delivery week..
As we only manufacture upon receipt of order, we would like to point out to you that you have a fixed date.
If you should not be able to pick-up the goods in the confirmed week, a delay may imply additional cost again.
Thank you for your understanding and taking a binding clearance date into consideration.
