The program provides grants to small businesses in Hawaii to help establish a local supply chain of cleaning supplies and personal protective equipment (PPE) in response to the COVID-19 public health emergency.

2. General Criteria

Important
All applicants must be registered to do business in Hawaii and be current in all tax liabilities. Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE) provides your current compliant status. HCE Certificate of Vendor Compliance is used to verify proof of compliance.



Lookup your NAICS code (business establishment must perform one of more activities defined as manufacturing by having a NAICS code beginning with 31, 32, or 33)

When the NAICS code listed in your company's Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) profile does not match the NAICS code provided on your application, an inquiry is submitted to D&B to verify the manufacturing NAICS code and have it added to your company profile. This process validates that your company performs one or more activities that are classified as manufacturing and is eligible for funding.


Important
A D-U-N-S number will be required before grant is awarded. If you do not have a D-U-N-S number, we will contact you to assist in getting a number at no cost.
