Welcome to Carver Christian Academy's Online Application. 

We are so excited that you are interested in sending your child to Carver Christian Academy (CCA). 

Carver Christian Academy exists to assist parents in the endeavor to “train up a child in the way he should go” (Proverbs 22:6). Its mission is to spiritually and academically foster a biblical worldview that will challenge, shape, and inspire our learners to think critically influencing the world for Christ.  Learners will achieve academic excellence, embody obedience, respect, and responsibility as they follow God's purposes for their lives.

CCA will start our school year in person on August 14, 2023. Our school is located on Urban Youth Impact's campus at 2823 N. Australian Avenue. Tuition will be free for the 2023-2024 school year. Our school zone includes the Tamarind and Windsor Avenue neighborhoods.  Students who live from
Banyan Boulevard to 36th Street, and east of Mangonia Circle to west of US-1 are eligible for enrollment. Transportation is limited; however, we do offer free transportation as needed. School starts promptly at 8:15 am. Students must arrive between 8:00 am- 8:15 am. Breakfast will be provided. School hours are 8:15 am- 2:45 pm. If your child requires aftercare, please contact Daniella Darling. We have reserved a limited number of spots for children to attend Urban Youth Impact's after-school programming that will run from 2:45 pm- 5:00 pm.
Please submit the following items to the Admissions Office as soon as possible to ensure timely processing of your application:
  • Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Copy of Up-To-Date Florida Health Examination Form (DH3040)
  • Copy of Up-To-Date Florida Certificate of Immunization Form (DH680)

In the event of an accident, injury, or illness that requires emergency medical treatment, your child's medical expenses will be covered by your primary insurance carrier.  If your child does not currently have health insurance coverage, the Parent/Guardian is fully responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

If transportation is needed from CCA, the vans will only travel within the following radius: 
   

North: 36th Street

East: Broadway/Spruce/Rosemary

West: Australian/Mangonia Circle/ 7th Street

South: 3rd Street

The van will pick up students from the student's address indicated in the application within the defined limits on a case-by-case basis.
