When you wake up in the night with a pit in your stomach thinking about an issue at work, would you like to have a trusted group of colleagues you could meet with each month to help you think through what you might do?

Facilitated by two experienced school administrators, the Rountable meets 1.5 hours each month to provide principals with an opportunity to share ideas and strategies that will help them handle the challenges of leading schools in this time of increased complexity and accountability.  The group may consider topics such reentry planning and adjustments; confronting racism; educational access and curriculum; accountability; supervising resistant teachers; engaging in difficult conversations; family and community engagement; communication and unpacking leadership dilemmas.
