Seasons of Service | Adopt A Family Registration

Adopting a family for our Seasons of Service program can be a wonderful way to connect to those that we serve and put those shopping skills to test. Adopting includes individually shopping for gifts for the family as well as each individual family member.

Commitment guidelines are below.

Don’t want to shop, no problem. Sponsoring a family with a financial commitment is another way to get involved. Click here.

COMMITMENT GUIDELINES

Agree to complete an interview process with Boot Campaign staff to ensure shopper goals and goals of the program are met.
Shop and provide gifts for an entire family (minimum budget for each family member is $150 and minimum of 1-2 family gifts of $100 each).
All items gifted must be new.
Abide to deadline for shopping and delivery of items provided by Boot Campaign staff.
Understand there are no guarantees that you will be matched to a family in your local area or state.
