Delivery and Pick up of Artworks


Volunteers
Our Exhibition is open from the 20th October to 13th November at the Ashburton Art Gallery, 10am to 4pm daily plus late night Wednesday. We need to have two volunteers in the gallery at all times to sell catalogues and raffle tickets and to assist gallery staff.  If you are able to help the committee with this we would be most grateful. Please tick the box below and put your name on the Volunteer Roster when you drop your artworks off.

Important Information

13 September - Entry form and exhibition fee due

9 October - Courier Delivery - final day

10 October - Personal Delivery to Ashburton Art Gallery between 10.00am and 2.30pm

19 October   -  Opening Night

13 November  -  Collection of unsold work between 5pm and 7.00pm at Ashburton Art Gallery

14 November  -  Further collection of unsold work between 10.00am and 12 noon
