Policy on Accuracy of Submissions

All information submitted by you in the TNTP Teaching Fellows application process is expected to be true and correct in all respects. If you submit information that is false or work product that is either not your own or without clear attribution to its sources, your application may not be considered, you may be withdrawn or discontinued from participating in the program (if your participation has already begun), and/or other appropriate action may be taken. In addition, you may be ineligible to reapply to TNTP Teaching Fellows.
Certification of Accuracy

I hereby certify that I have reviewed and understand the above policy, and confirm that I am aware of the possible consequences for violating the policy. I further certify that all information submitted by me in the TNTP Teaching Fellows application process is true and correct in all respects, and comprises my own work product, with clear attribution to its sources, as applicable.
