Team Lead Information
Supports & Needs - 4 Areas of Data

The following questions are meant to help Sprockets Staff identify what specific technical supports and additional information you may need to successfully participate in the cycle this year. It won't be the last time to ask for help, but feel free to note ANY questions you have right now so we can connect.
Quality Data
Quality data is information that speaks to practices at the point of service, where staff and young people connect. Sprockets supports the SEL Program Quality Assessment tool and asks all programs to complete an internal observation and receive an external observation. If you have another tool you use for this measure, please note that in the questions section.
Participation Data
Participation data includes who participates (demographics, etc) and how often they participate (attendance). Sprockets has the Sprockets Shared Data System that is available to all St. Paul Youth Programs who are interested.
Experience Data
Program experience data speaks to how your participants experience the program from THEIR perspectives. Data can include surveys, focus groups, etc.
Youth Outcome Data
Outcome data is a measurement of the impact a young person has experienced as a result of your program.  For many programs this may be academic, social, emotional, or specific skill building, etc.
