Direct Loan Reduction/Declination Request Form
Parents and Graduate students who have borrowed a PLUS loan and wish to cancel their loan should email onestop@berklee.edu with their request,  from the email they used to apply for the loan. This form should not be used to cancel PLUS Loans.



Berklee IDs should be 7 digits (including 0's). Conservatory IDs should be 9 digits (including 0's)

Unsubsidized loans must be reduced before subsidized.






Upon receipt of this request, the The Office of Student Financial Services will adjust the above-referenced loan(s) for the specified semesters as you have indicated.

Federal loans can only be cancelled or reduced with thirty (30) days of the notice of disbursement.

Please be aware that adjusting awarded loans may result in a balance being owed to the college, and you should have a plan in place to immediately pay any balance.
Only the borrower may submit this form. By submitting this form you attest that you are the borrower and agree to the terms above.
