Develop revenue-generating strategies, such as philanthropic education programs, corporate partnerships, and event sponsorships to advance the mission of Impact Austin  
At Impact Austin, we welcome all women with a passion to give and a desire to learn, believing that diversity helps Impact Austin better understand and address the issues of the communities we serve.  Members of this committee embed equitable and inclusive practices and processes in our grantmaking, improve diversity in our membership, and cultivate a culture where all members feel they belong. 
Help plan and execute events, including three signature events each year; Annual Meeting, Town Hall and Discovery Days.  Involvement in this committee could include overall event planning, venue search, content development, speaker selection, program development, communications and video development.
Help girls from 8th through 12th grades learn about and engage in philanthropic giving. Support girl leaders of Application Review Committees to facilitate the review and selection of a nonprofit organization to receive the g3 grant.  
Steward member contributions throughout the Impact Austin grantmaking process. Join a Grant Review Committee to review applicants and recommend finalists to the broader membership, lead or support grantmaking processes; liaison with grantees, and/or innovate and refine our grantmaking processes and systems. 
Plan and conduct learning events for members and the community about topics of interest, including relevant Central Texas topics and trends, philanthropy issues and diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.   
Develop and implement Impact Austin’s marketing strategy and associated messaging for new and ongoing initiatives. Broadcast Impact Austin’s philanthropic mission and community impact to our members, the nonprofit sector, and the community at large; and manages Impact Austin's marketing assets and resources and develops new tools to help share our mission. 
Help develop and initiate recruiting programs and events, ranging from individual conversations, to small gatherings of 10-20, to community-wide events to recruit new members into the organization.  These events help potential members learn about Impact Austin as well as continue our philanthropic education programing for ALL members. Develop quality programs to engage members and potential members in Impact Austin.  Work to involve members in the many facets of Impact Austin from volunteering on a committee to working with a Community Partner.  Proactive outreach to members, especially during the first year of membership, to keep connected to our philanthropic mission and activities.
Advise all Impact Austin committees on organizational technology requirements and solutions as well as address challenges.  This committee also assists in technology implementations across Impact Austin. 
Assist Impact Austin staff with operational activities such as supporting organizational committees and helping with events as well as donor stewardship.
