Application for Team Facilitator 2.0 

Part 1: January 26-28, 2021

Part 2: April 20-22, 2021


In addition to the two three-day sessions, there will be multiple meetings in between sessions. Dates for these meetings will be determined in January during the first session. An orientation will also be held on January 11th to serve as an introduction to the course and for participants to meet others in the program. More information will be sent via email to those accepted into the program.


Application deadline is December 11th. You will be notified by December 21st via email if you have been accepted.

We strongly encourage the supervisor of each accepted Team Facilitator to participate in a video conference call regarding this training. During this call we will explore the training’s various components, examine the role of team facilitator, and discuss the expectations and opportunities for providing effective support and supervision.
