Upload Your ID
Please upload a clear picture of your spouse's photo ID. Any government- issued photo ID that includes a photo is acceptable. HFLS must receive your ID copy/copies before we can close your loan.
Upload your Bank Information
Please upload all pages of your most recent personal checking account statement. The statement should clearly show your name, address, bank name, and checking account number.

HFLS will use this information to electronically disburse your loan funds directly into your checking account and to collect monthly repayments from your account. 
Required: ID-Pal Verification and Plaid Authorization 
After you submit your application, you will receive an email from HFLS that includes links to:
  1. Securely verify your identity and government-issued photo ID using a unique ID-Pal verification link. (Accepted IDs: US passport or passport card, green card, other US national ID, US driver license or non-driver ID.) This is necessary to prevent identity theft and fraud. Please click here for more information about ID-Pal and why HFLS uses it. 

  2. Authorize HFLS to review your recent bank account activity through a unique Plaid authorization link. This is necessary to prevent fraud and ensure applicants are capable of repaying an HFLS loan. Please click here for more information about Plaid and why HFLS uses it.
