HSE (High School Equivalency) Connect is a collaborative initiative between the John Jay College Institute for Justice and Opportunity and the Manhattan Educational Opportunity Center (MEOC), funded through the Mayor’s Office for Economic Opportunity (NY Opportunity). HSE Connect seeks to support individuals ages 25+ who have had contact with the criminal legal system and do not have their HSE in obtaining their HSE through supported programming.
