Based on the below, please choose a fee structure.

OPTION 1 – Annual fee determined by adding the total published SQM of meeting space for all hotels within the cluster. This option includes unlimited users.

OPTION 2 – Annual fee based on number of total licensed users needed within the cluster. Each user license is $150 per year. Additional user licenses can be added at any time and the additional cost will be prorated through the renewal date. If the number of licensed users decreases, the reduction in licenses can be made at renewal.

Next Steps

The contract signatory (identified above) will receive the contract via email approximately 3-5 business days after Intake Form submission.
Upon completion of all signatures on the contract, Sertifi will confirm portal setup and access via a "Welcome Email" to the signatory and Super Admins (identified above) within 3-5 days.
Upon Welcome Letter Receipt, review the Sertifi eSignature page on MGS to complete the tool's checklist.
