2021 Re-enrolment Form

We're excited that you've decided to apply to re-enrol your family into Aranda Afters for 2021!

As you are an existing family at Aranda Afters, the re-enrolment form has been redesigned to make the process as simple and streamlined as possible. Most primary enrolment details will not be required this year, such as:
  • Child Medical Details
  • Primary Parent Contact Details
  • Secondary Parent Contact Details
  • Account Details
  • Emergency Contacts
  • Authorised Collectors
These details will be rolled over from your previous enrolment. If any details have changed since your last enrolment please contact Aranda Afters and we can update them

The online Enrolment form is broken down into several sections using pages. Please complete the information on each page, review your information at the end, then submit your application.

Keep in mind that:
  • All fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the application are required.
  • You must click the 'Finish' button at the end to send your application to our Enrolment team.
  • When selecting a link in this form please right click and open in a new tab otherwise you may loose your progress on the form.
If you leave the form idle for more than 20 minutes, your session will expire, and you will have to start over! However you can select to save your progress and resume at a later time by selecting this option at the top or bottom of the page.

Please note that Aranda Afters has high demand for places, submitting an enrolment form does not guarantee your child a place.

The submission of this form will incur a non-refundable account keeping and membership fee of $25

This fee is non-negotiable and will be charged for every form submitted. Families that are not placed or do not attend Aranda Afters will still be charged this fee for processing.

This fee provides all families with membership to Aranda Afters Association Incorporated.

Please ensure that you complete your form accurately, as incomplete forms may impact on your family priority status.

All incomplete or inaccurate forms will be sent back and accepted from the time of re-submission.

Information about the Aranda Afters can be found on our website www.arandaafters.com
