JSC@home Fellowship Application


Thank you for your interest in JSC@home, please complete the below application by December 13, 2020 to apply for this virtual fellowship.

JSC@home Fellowhsip offers post-college young adults the opportunity to serve remotely with JDC offices and partner organizations around the globe to fill critical organizational and community needs. Through the lens of global Jewish responsibility, fellows will complement their field work with monthly webinars and peer learning.

Video
Please create a short video (90 seconds or less) and tell us about a meaningful volunteer experience you have had.

This is not a video contest. The video should be a simple 90-second (or less) statement from you. Keep in mind that this is the first time we are “meeting” you.

Please note that there is no expectation of a professionally produced video. We want to see your creativity and thoughtfulness. Feel free to record yourself via your mobile device or laptop (should have a minimum resolution of 480p). We recommend using YouTube (private settings).

Recommendation Letter
Please include one letter of recommendation as part of your JSC@home application.

The reference may be from a professor or academic adviser who has worked closely with you, an employer or supervisor well acquainted with your relevant work performance, and other individuals who can attest to your character, interest in service, background, and leadership abilities.

References from relatives, family friends, personal friends or JDC staff are not appropriate.
