The Featherstone Foundation is pleased to invite prospective students from Baltimore City to apply to the inaugural Featherstone Corporate Internships. The program provides a terrific opportunity for students, who are traditionally underrepresented in key industries, to gain meaningful, paid work experience at some of Baltimore’s most prestigious companies. Students selected for this program will have an opportunity to work with an employer starting January 2021.


Students will gain practical experience, learn new skills, build critical professional relationships and receive resume enhancements and harness a competitive edge in the job market. In addition, the Featherstone Foundation will offer monthly virtual workshops for students through Zoom with our leading experts and mentors focused on resume development, interviewing, the importance of networking, social capital and a growth mindset.
