General Information

Nonprofit Sustainability Initiative Relocation & Renovation Grants provide critical financial support to organizations that are at risk of displacement, facing barriers to growth due to real estate constraints, or negotiating commercial leases in new, 100% affordable housing developments. Since the first awards in May 2017, $4.4 million has been awarded to stabilize space for nonprofits. Up to $925,000 will be available for distribution in this round.

Before completing this application, please read the Program Guidelines.
