Indemnification

Exhibitor agrees to hold the Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR) harmless from any and all claims of liability, damage, loss or expense arising from their participation in Y-90: The Complete Course with the exception of that caused or resulting from the sole and gross negligence of the SIR. Additionally, exhibitor agrees to maintain comprehensive general liability insurance with minimum per occurrence limits of $1,000,000 and an umbrella policy with a minimum limit of $1,000,000. Exhibitor agrees to provide proof of insurance upon request.

Cancellation Policy

Companies that reserve an exhibit or any of the available corporate opportunities will be subject to the following administrative fees in the event they are required to cancel their participation, in part or full:

Cancellation on or before January 4, 2021: 50% payment due
Cancellation after January 5, 2021: 100% payment due
