I grant The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award - Australia (The Duke of Ed), its related-bodies corporate, agents, assigns and any other person selected by The Duke of Ed (the Parties), the irrevocable and unrestricted right and permission to use, modify, copy, reproduce, alter and publish (collectively, Use) any photographic or video images of me or in which I may be included, or any photographic or video image taken by any Party (Material) in conjunction with my own or fictitious name in any tradition (e.g print and television) or modern media (e.g internet, social media) now or hereafter known for any purpose whatsoever.

I hereby waive any right or claim that I may have to inspect or approve any Use in connection with any Material, or which I may have with respect to the Use of the Material in any form of media. I waive all moral rights I have in the Materials for the benefit of each Party and its assignees. I agree and acknowledge that the Parties shall own all rights (including copyright) in the Materials.
