Your Details

(This is the name you would like us to use on our correspondence with you, etc.)
(DD/MM/YYYY)

We send important information to volunteers via email – be sure to check your email account regularly. If MS Event Volunteer emails aren't arriving, check if they are going into your junk mail folder.

Emergency Contact

Please be advised that your emergency contact cannot be someone also volunteering at the event.

(e.g. brother, wife, etc)

Your friends must also complete their own application and include your FULL NAME. We won't allocate you a position until we have both applications. Please let us know ASAP if they are no longer volunteering.
Volunteer Uniform
We provide an MS Volunteer t-shirt to all volunteers to wear on event day.
Dietary Requirements
We can provide a lunch pack to you on event day. This usually includes a sandwich, piece of fruit and other snack.

Volunteer Shift Availability

Please note, at this stage, we plan to hold an AM and PM session held for our participants. Therefore volunteers are required for a longer duration.

Volunteer Roles
We will make every effort to fulfil your first preference, but we cannot guarantee the role will be allocated to you. We will confirm your allocation via email to finalise your role.

What volunteer role would you like to undertake?

Team Leader Roles

We rely on a passionate team of Team Leaders to guide a small group of volunteers through their day.

Note: Team Leader positions involve supervising a group, setting and packing up. It is essential that Team Leaders attend a training session and arrive early on event day.

Please note some Team Leaders will require a National Police Check prior to the event.
