Exhibitor Virtual Booth Registration

We are looking forward to having world language elementary, secondary and postsecondary educators from all over California.


CLTA has decided to use the PheedLoop Platform for our 2021 Conference.  You will be able to upload videos and links to your booth. Besides having a booth on the platform, you will be able to communicate through the Networking component of the platform with attendees. Basic Exhibitor Package: $250

  • Includes 2 representatives

  • An exhibitor session (30-45 minute pre-recorded video) in the program for the duration of the conference

  • Logo on CLTA Conference Page on CLTA website with a link to your website


Premium Exhibitor Package: $400 

  • Includes up to 4 representatives

  • The ability to do in-booth presentations with up to 25 participants 

  • A logo in the CLTA Lobby/Registration area 

  • Exhibitor video interest session (30-45 minute pre-recorded video) remains on the on the platform until July 31


CLTA Offers its exhibitors several opportunities to sponsor conference events.


Friday Evening Opening Conference Ceremony Sponsorship Opportunity: $400

  • Sponsorship logo in the background of the event and on the Lobby Page of the Platform

  • Ability to do a short presentation in real time or 30 second video about your company

  • Present the 2021 CLTA Teacher of the Year


Saturday & Sunday TOY Talk Sponsorship: $50 (4 sponsorship opportunities)

  • Sponsorship logo in the background of the event

  • Have 30 second video about your company before the teacher of the year begins his/her talk

  • Present one of the Teachers of the Year


Sunday Happy Hour & Awards Presentation: $300

  • Sponsorship logo in the background of the event and on the Lobby Page of the Platform

  • Ability to do a short presentation in real time or 30 second video about your company

  • Participate in discussions with some of the attendees

Company Information
When this form is submitted and payment is received, this form becomes a contractual agreement for virtual exhibit space at the CLTA 2021 Virtual Conference.

Terms & Conditions
  • Total payment must be received by January 31, 2021
  • No refunds will be made unless written notice of cancellation is received at least 10 days prior to the first day of the conference
  • A nonrefundable $25 processing fee will be charged
  • Exhibitor agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the PheedLoop Platform
