Demographics (optional)

In support of its effort to create a diverse and inclusive volunteer pool, the NYIC requests that volunteers share some of their demographic information. This information will be used to help the NYIC assess the level of community representation it has within its volunteer pool and will help prepare future volunteer recruitment/outreach efforts. The compiled data minus identifying information may also be used in some reports to funders. The NYIC will not share individual demographic information with any outside parties. Based on their comfort level, individuals filling out this form may chose to skip any or all of the demographic questions in this section with no penalty.
