Your SAP must include all the assessment materials for your students ie case studies, worksheets, multiple choice questions (unless using PDA's) etc, as well as the marking criteria, student answer sheets, etc. Check the Accreditation Guide for full details.

You will find copies of the mapping toolkits in your Accreditation Pack.

Please provide details of the equipment and facilities you have at the training centre you will be using for the delivery and assessment of your accredited qualification/s along with a short video showing everything that you have indicated; you will have the opportunity to submit details of up to 5 centres in this form (you can submit others later).

Centres submitted for approval must include sites you will use for students undertaking the qualification/s through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL))

You must complete a Biography Template for every member of the team on this programme (tutors, assessors, internal quality assurers, author). Please do not send in CVs. You must also provide all the supporting certificates to evidence your team members' skills and qualifications - please ensure each file you upload starts with the team member's name for ease of reference.

Please download and complete the Team Matrix showing the team members you have submitted Biography Templates for, the role/s you intend them to undertake (tutor/assessor/IQA), and if they are currently qualified or undertaking qualifications for these roles.

Please provide all the materials the tutor will be using during the training, eg PowerPoint slides, handouts, attendance register, lesson plans etc. Check the Accreditation Guide for a full list.

Please provide your company's policies and procedures eg health & safety, complaints and appeals, etc. Check the Accreditation Guide for more information and the template in your Resource Bundle.

Please upload your draft marketing for your new programme indicating where you will place the accreditation logos. Ensure it includes all the essential information to inform potential learners. After approval, you will be required to provide the marketing with the accreditation logos added.

Please upload your company logo as a high quality .png file with no background (transparent), which will be used on the certificate we award to your students.

Your application will be sent to us when you press Submit below. If you have elected to pay through our  PAYPAL payment gateway (for payments through PayPal or via a credit/debit card) you will see the link once you press Submit.

Once payment is received, your application and evidence will be reviewed by one of our technical evaluators and a report will be sent to you within 15 working days of the receipt of your payment.
