The Magic of Inquiry Based Learning

 

Length of Training: 90 minutes

 

Foster the love of learning in OST! The Magic of Inquiry Based Learning training shows you how to deliver fun STEAM (Science, Technology, Arts, Engineering and Math) activities in your OST setting through best practice strategies such as the 5E’s Instructional Method. Prepare to bring the magic to OST! 

 

Upon successful completion of this training series and follow up assignment(s), the participant will earn 1.5 clock hours (.2 CEUs) of training.

 

Training Objectives

Participants will:

  1. Define inquiry-based learning.
  2. Utilize the 5E’s instructional method to facilitate science activities in OST.

4.B.-Design and implement a curriculum to enhance cognitive development

CEU Information

Upon successful completion of this training, the participant will earn 1.5 clock hours (.2 CEUs) of training.

 

If requesting CEUs, participants must check the box below and enter their registry ID number.


Participants must not miss more than 5 minutes of total training time, earn a 70% or higher on the post training quiz, and actively participate during training sessions to receive CEUs  for this training.
