this training. Please make sure you have completed Part 1 before registering
for this training.
Dive
deeper into Championing Diversity and Equity in the second training of the
series where you will learn about the relationship between bias,
microaggressions, and stereotypes and how these affect the overall culture of
your OST program.
After
exploring real life examples of these concepts and engaging in self-reflection,
you will practice specific strategies to promote acceptance of and respect for
diversity among participants in your OST program.
