Welcome to Young Voices' Contributor Application! This application is divided into three parts:

PART 1: Contact Information
PART 2: Interest & Expertise
PART 3: Uploads: Resume, Headshot, Introduction Video (2 minutes), Op-ed Draft

You may save your progress on this form and return to it at any time.

The contributor program is three months in duration and accepted applicants will be expected to execute the following deliverables:

Join the general orientation at the start of the class.
Produce monthly articles and accompanying social media (including vertical video and text and image posts)
Participate in bi-weekly one-on-one consultation calls with YV staff to develop stories and career strategy.

APPLICATIONS FOR OUR SPIRNG 2027 CLASS WILL CLOSE AT 11:59 PM EASTERN TIME ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 30TH. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE FOR LATE SUBMISSIONS.

ALTERNATIVELY, you may submit a draft reel or virtual video that you’ve produced on issues related to speech, enterprise, or innovation. Please limit the video to a maximum of two minutes. Make sure that the privacy setting is set to public or unlisted.

Please link to a Google Doc with an original, unedited op-ed draft (500-800 words) on a public policy topic of your choice. ALTERNATIVELY, you may submit an unedited thread on X or other relevant platforms of no less than 300 words. Make sure that the privacy settings is set to public or unlisted.
