Set default values for these fields to define what is passed into Salesforce. 



Remember:  

If you are changing the plan, the sponsorship amount or the day of the month , you must refresh the form redirect formula to point to the correct Go Cardless Plan urls.  This is done in 'Notifications' found under 'Options' in the form side menu. 

You must also must refresh the recurring donation subscription reference formula in the Salesforce connector. This is done under 'Connectors' in the form side menu.

Use the Forms GoCardless Redirects workbook to update the values and update the formulae, which can then be copied and pasted into the form.
